Yaskawa: New European headquarters

Yaskawa is building new company headquarters for Europe in Hattersheim near Frankfurt/Main.

The technology supplier for robotics, drive and control technology and regenerative energy solutions is investing about 23 million euros in an office building and parking garage.

Inauguration planned for the end of 2022

A four-storey office building will be erected on the 8,316 m² site with 3,450 m² office area for about 220 employees, the European training centre with 1,150 m² and an innovation centre with showroom with an area of 206 m². Its inauguration is planned for the end of 2022.

The new building, planned and realised by the partners Feldmann Architekten and Weimer Bau, has been designed as an energy efficiency building in accordance with the KfW 55 standard. The equipment includes a photovoltaic system, energy-efficient air conditioning of the offices and power-saving LED lighting. Heat is generated by an air and water heat pump.
