New plant director at Lutz Aufzüge

Lukas Versemann has been the new plant manager at Lutz Aufzüge since 1 May 2023. Consequently, the 32-year old is responsible for the plant and order management.

Lutz Aufzüge supplies the north of Germany with lifts through its branches in the locations Berlin, Kiel, Rostock, Bremen and Hanover. The lifts for the premium segment are produced in one of its own plants at the headquarters in Reinbek near Hamburg.

Digitalisation of the plant

Lukas Versemann began as a trainee in the plant at Lutz Aufzüge in 2019. He assumed increasing responsibilities in the course of his work. For example, as the head of order management, he has already been taking care of the digitalisation of processes in production since autumn 2021. "My goal is to further expedite the digitalisation of the plant in my new position in order to configure the production of our lifts to be even more efficient," Lukas Versemann revealed.

"I’m very pleased we were able to recruit Lukas Versemann for this position," added Hans Martin Lutz, managing partner. "He’s perfectly acquainted with the processes in the plant and was prepared for the management role by participating in our young managers’ programme."
