New management duo at Pepperl+Fuchs

On 1 May 2025, Dr Wilhelm Nehring took on the role of chairman of the management board at Pepperl+Fuchs SE; Martin Walter is the new finance director.

Dr Wilhelm Nehring had extensive management experience and a deep understanding of technological transformation, according to the company press release. As new CEO, he would further develop Pepperl+Fuchs’ innovativeness and sustainably expand its position in a changing market.

After more than three decades, Dr.-Ing. Gunther Kegel and Werner Guthier had passed on their management board duties to their successors and would in future remain available to Pepperl+Fuchs in an advisory capacity.
