Tips for interlift exhibitors and visitors
Prepare well for your participation in interlift so that you can get the most out of your trade fair attendance. AFAG press spokesperson Kathrin Redel has put together some important tips for LIFTjournal.
Trade fair project management: A successful trade fair appearance begins before the first day of the fair – with well thought-out planning and professional project management. Clear objectives and efficient coordination of all those involved are crucial for success.
Trade fair lead management: With Scan2Lead, you as an exhibitor can digitally record your contacts at your trade fair stand at the touch of a button. By scanning the barcodes on the visitor badges, you can easily obtain all the information that the visitor provided during registration. You can edit the data individually and add any information that is relevant to you.

This eliminates the time-consuming and error-prone recording of handwritten notes. In the portal, you can also design your individual lead sheet before the trade fair and use the statistics and report functions to evaluate the event and document your trade fair.
Free guest tickets: Exhibitors can order guest tickets valid for all days of the trade fair in the Online Service Centre. You can provide these to your customers free of charge.
Stand design and construction: A successful trade fair stand is much more than just a space with exhibits – it is a communication space that attracts guests and invites them to engage in dialogue. The right stand design is crucial for the perception of the company and has a significant influence on the success of the trade fair. Design, functionality and sustainability play a central role here. Exhibitors can book and manage all technical services related to their exhibition stand via the Online Service Centre.
Stand team as a factor for success: A dedicated and professional stand team is crucial for a successful trade fair participation. It represents the company, establishes valuable contacts and contributes significantly to achieving the trade fair objectives. In addition to technical expertise, presentation, communication skills and a service-oriented attitude are crucial.
Advertising opportunities: There are numerous advertising opportunities in the run-up to the trade fair and also on site. These allow you to attract visitors' attention even away from your stand at . An overview of the advertising options can be found in the Online Service Centre (OSC).
