Applications from exhibitors to take part in the third Nordic Lift Expo have reached a new record, with 80 per cent of the exhibition space already booked nine months ahead of the event, according to the organisers of the Scandinavian expo.
Many companies choose larger stands compared with before and the exhibition hall is expected to get fully booked within the near future", says Marie Hemdal, Sales Director at Oxbridge Live Media, organisers of the exhibition.
"The interest in exhibiting is so large that we probably need to re-draw the floor plan to get more exhibition space. We will need every square metre at the same time as we need to create a layout that suits both exhibitors and visitors."
In 2024, 40 exhibitors attended the Nordic Lift Expo. According to the organisers, this figure will increase by 50 per cent this year, with more than 60 exhibitors expected to attend and fill the exhibition hall completely. Nevertheless, applications from potential exhibitors are still possible, says Oxbridge Live Media.
Due to the high level of interest, the organisers are planning to use a larger venue for the next trade fair in 2028. In addition, they have made several improvements to the hall layout for 2026 to create better flow and balance. New for 2026, there will be also two coffee and lunch stations in the hall.
As with previous exhibitions, the event will feature a comprehensive conference programme. The organisers invite everyone in the industry to submit their proposals.
In October 2025, the Nordic Lift Expo project team attended the interlift exhibition in Nuremberg. Marie Hemdal said, "I spoke to close to 50 of the biggest international exhibitors at interlift and was surprised at how large the interest in Nordic Lift Expo was."
The organiser of the Nordic Lift Expo stresses that "the Scandinavian market proved to be of great interest to many of these exhibitors, given that the growth rate of the elevator industry in Scandinavia is expected to exceed ten percent, while many other markets are struggling".
Call4Papers – Nordic Lift Conference: The Nordic Lift Expo welcomes all industry professionals to participate in the Nordic Lift Conference's conference programme.
