Two hydraulic TRAFFICO car elevators provided the perfect solution:

• Direct access to private parking loggias adjacent to each apartment
• Protection from weather and potential damage
• Preservation of existing trees in the courtyard
• Comfortable travel speed of up to 0.6 m/s

Karlsruhe: Upper East with CarLoggias

The concept has also been successfully implemented in Karlsruhe. The Upper East residential development includes 145 apartments and modern townhouses. The highlight: 24 loft apartments with direct car access.

Vehicles are transported via the TRAFFICO car elevator directly to the residents’ own floor and parked on a private CarLoggia – modern, secure, and exceptionally convenient.
