Ascenco Group expands to Norway
Ascenco Group AB (“Ascenco”) expanded its presence to Oslo, Norway by taking over Heiskompaniet AS (“Heiskompaniet”).

Schaefer buys Wallraff Lifttechnik

Schaefer GmbH, headquartered in Sigmaringen (BW), has taken over the company Wallraff Lifttechnik from Neuss on April 1, 2020 after many years of cooperation.
Schaefer has been developing, producing and selling operating and display elements as well as solutions for the global lift industry for over 55 years. As a central sales partner, many national and international prestige objects have already been equipped with Wallraff Lichttechnik products in the past, Schaefer reports.
The company founder Georg Wallraff withdrew from the process for personal reasons, Schaefer said. The employees of the Wallraff company have been taken over.
"We are very proud to be able to announce this pleasant and important takeover and to continue a part of Georg Wallraff's life's work in our company", says Michael Gubisch, managing director of Schaefer GmbH.
