Raloe at the interlift: Technology and culinary

Raloe will be presenting a new electric MRL lift at the interlift 2023 and a new solution for firefighter lifts.

The new Symbio HD electric MRL lift currently had a payload of up to 7,000 kg. As a result it was “unfortunately too big for our stand,” explained the manufacturer of complete lifts, which also sells components and spare parts.

The company will be exhibiting a part of the massive supporting frame of the Symbio HD at Augsburg. The substructure as well as the lateral supports with the roller guides and a portion of the upper crosspiece will be on display at the Raloe stand.

The Symbio HD is a 4:1 rope lift with deflection pulleys on the underside of the supporting frame. It possesses a self-supporting driver carrier, which transfers its vertical loads directly to the guide rails of the lift. Holding devices can be integrated in the lift for heavy concentrated loads that arise during loading by factory trucks such as fork lifts.

New solution for firefighting lifts

At the same time, the company will be presenting its new solution for firefighting lifts, which meets the requirements of EN 81-72 (Safety rules for the construction and installation of lifts – Particular applications for passenger and goods passenger lifts. Part 72: Firefighters lifts) and EN 71 Cat 2 (Safety rules for the construction and installation of lifts – Particular applications for passenger and goods passenger lifts. Part 71: Protective measures against vandalism).

“This is a very sturdy solution with which we will also be able to show at the interlift how we combine various safety components,” emphasised the company, whose headquarters are in Valencia (Spain). To enable visitors to get a picture of the technical implementation of this solution, a car will be exhibited in this configuration that meets both standards.

Spanish hospitality

In addition, further products will be on display at the trade fair stand, including lift controllers from Raloe partner companies throughout Europe.

But Raloe does not just want to satisfy the technical interest of the trade fair visitors, but also their culinary needs. “This is why we won’t just be showing all of our available products and services at our 170 m² stand,” Raloe revealed. “Trade fair can look forward to Spain's famous hospitality.”
