Personnel changes at TKE

TK Elevator (TKE) has announced two personnel changes: there is a new COO and a new position of Chief Legal Officer has been created.

TKE has appointed Brad Selleck as the company’s Chief Operating Officer effective May 1, 2026. Reporting to CEO Uday Yadav, Brad Selleck will oversee Operations, the Global High-Rise P&L, Engineering, Supply Chain and Product Line Management.

Brad joins from Husky Technologies, where he spent nearly four years in senior leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer and, most recently, Chief Executive Officer. Before this he acquired management experience, including senior leadership roles in multinational organizations, including Vice President of Operations for the Communications Systems segment at L3Harris Technologies Corporation; Vice President Operations & General Manager at UTC; and Vice President Manufacturing & Supply Chain at Otis Elevator Co., U.S.

Brad Selleck will replace Vincent Della Valle who is retiring from TKE after five years.

New role: Chief Legal Officer

In addition, TKE appointed Lars Sjobring to the newly created role of Chief Legal Officer (CLO) Sjobring will also report directly to CEO Uday Yadav. Lars most recently served as SVP, General Counsel & Secretary at SSAB AB in Sweden. Among his prior experiences, he held senior legal leadership roles as EVP Legal Affairs, General Counsel & Secretary at both Veoneer Inc. and Autoliv Inc., and served as General Counsel at Transocean Ltd. in Geneva.

Earlier in his career, he was Head of M&A Legal at Nokia, based in Helsinki and New York. He began his legal career in Sweden and later as associate at Skadden in New York. Lars holds several advanced law degrees from Sweden, the Netherlands and the U.S., including an LLM in Corporate Law from Fordham. He is a dual Swedish and American national and will be based in Düsseldorf, Germany.

CEO Uday Yadav also thanked Svenja Lemke for her dedication. Prior to this, she was Head of Legal at TKE. She has been Vice President, Legal, Ethics & Compliance since 1 March.
