New software modules for the lift sector

News

Creative Software Team GmbH develops software for the lift sector. It has now brought out a new contractual and planning module, a maintenance app and an info portal.

Whereas development at the company based in Landshut (Germany) initially concentrated on software for the trade with complete lifts and components as well as the connection of calculation tools for customers, modules for assembly companies have now been added.

Contractual module:
Contracts for lifts are administered here. Apart from the data needed for administration, technical information with freely definable fields can be filed for each lift. Maintenance contracts, invoicing and jobs for the fitters can filed and retrieved individually in a schedule.

Planning module:
Maintenance jobs generated from the contractual module as well as manually created jobs or malfunction deployments can be administered here. There are check lists for the deployments that can be individually adjusted. Express emergency deployments can be sent with all information needed as a job to the particular fitter.

Maintenance app:
The maintenance app is the means of communication of the fitter. Here he can see his planned job and receives the information for express service deployments per push notification. After the work has been concluded, the form (maintenance report, administration note, etc.) is signed by the fitter and customer and transferred online to the back office. It is then available for further processing in the planning module.

Info portal:
All of the information on a lift can be filed here (e.g. handbooks, assembly instructions, status reports, maintenance reports). If a fitter has to stand in for a colleague, he can find all the information needed here. Particular documents can also be released for end customers, thus avoiding for example the necessity of specially despatching maintenance reports.

Since the modules rely on the same data base, Creative Software recommends using them together. But this is not mandatory: the structure being modular, each module can also be used individually.
