Kone appoints Michelle Wen to Executive Board
Michelle Wen has been appointed Executive Vice President, Procurement and a member of the Kone Executive Board (EXB), effective 1 August 2025.

Michelle Wen has been appointed Executive Vice President, Procurement and a member of the Kone Executive Board (EXB), effective 1 August 2025.
Before joining Kone, a Finnish lift company, the graduate of the humanities and economics was a member of the Board of Management of the Swiss industrial company Georg Fischer Ltd.
According to the Kone press release, her previous positions included the Dutch automotive producer Stellantis Corporation, most recently as Chief Global Purchasing and Supply Chain Officer as well as working for the PSA Group (Renault Nissan), Vodafone, Vallourec, Alstom Transport and Philips Car Systems.
"With dedicated leadership and increased focus on procurement, we can further fuel our growth and deliver on our goals," stated Philippe Delorme, President & CEO of Kone, in relation to the new "Rise" strategy and welcomed Michelle to the Executive Board.
He called her a "visionary leader with a strong track record in driving operational excellence and people development." As new Executive Vice President, Procurement and a member of the Kone Executive Board (EXB) Michelle Wen (60) will report directly to Philippe Delorme.
