Innovalift Group growing

esse-ti, an Italian manufacturer of emergency call systems for lifts, has taken over Syntium Lift Parts. The English company provides components for communication in lifts.

"This takeover not only strengthens our position on the British market for lift communication but also facilitates close cooperation with Dave O’Brien and his team in order to develop more innovative solutions as part esse-ti and Innovalift," explained Alessandra Mancinelli, CEO of esse-ti in a joint press release at the beginning of April.

The founder of Syntium Lift Parts is pleased with the partnership. "I’m convinced that Syntium will flourish as part of the larger Innovalift family and benefit from the cooperation with all the affiliates," said Managing Director Dave O’Brien. He expected the takeover to provide his customers and team with great advantages.

esse-ti belongs to Innovalift. The international group is composed of nine companies, which develop, produce and install vertical and inclined platform lifts, stair lifts and lift components. Innovalift belongs to the Swedish investor Latour Industries. Dave O’Brien established Syntium Lift Parts in 2010. The company is based in Ashford (England).
