Co-CEO at DigiPara since April

Andrés G Damjanov has been supporting the management of DigiPara as Co-CEO since 1 April 2025. The company is a software producer specialised in Building Information Modeling (BIM) for lifts and escalators. This was revealed by the investor BU Bregal Unternehmerkapital.

Before this, Damjanov had been Chief Revenue Officer at the Norwegian company Catenda for five years. Previous positions during his international career covered the introduction of the North American construction software Newforma in Central, East and South Europe and the development of the Central European business of the Finnish BIM software Solibri.

Prior to entering the world of international software business development, Damjanov had been an entrepreneur and partner of a project management company in Spain, which simultaneously established the products and services of Autodesk on the market and worked in the construction industry as architect, construction site manager and project manager.

Great enrichment for DigiPara

The BIM software company from Frechen has been a subsidiary of the BuildTec Software Group since May 2024 (renamed the Systabuild Software Group since May 2025), which is part of the portfolio of the holding company BU Bregal Unternehmerkapital.
