Aribelt 30 F3.4: The "lightest TÜV-certified flat belt"
Aritec presented the Aribelt 30 F3.4 at the interlift. According to the company, it is the lightest TÜV-certified flat belt for low- and mid-rise elevators.
The flat belt is designed for both modernisation and new installations. A combination of ten aramid cords and a durable polyurethane matrix gives the Aribelt "exceptional ride comfort and noise reduction", says the company. It also supports low D/d ratios with compact traction sheaves down to 80 mm.
Significant improvements in passenger comfort
Tested to 18 million bending cycles, the Aribelt "ensures a long service life and minimal elongation. This makes it ideal for applications where space and performance matter", the company stresses. Its dual-sided traction capability simplifies installation and reduces downtime during upgrades. "Recent projects have demonstrated significant improvements in passenger comfort and maintenance efficiency", says Aritec.
Aritec, based in Switzerland, produces synthetic cords, ropes, and short fibers made from aramid, glass, carbon, and other high-performance materials for the elevator, construction, mining, and mobility industries worldwide.
