The component manufacturers Henning, Fritz Kübler and Telegärtner Elektronik are bundling their respective portfolios to create a more comprehensive joint range of products and services.
Mutual distribution of the monitoring solution WearWatcher and of emergency call solutions will be a central element of the cooperation. The aim was to provide customers with advantages thanks to coordinated systems and services from one source.
TG Services (TGS), as an affiliate of Telegärtner Elektronik within the TGE Group, is to play a decisive role here. The installation team of TGS is specialised in emergency call and sensor solutions and on request will assume the systems’ installations. As a result, both Henning and Telegärtner Elektronik will be able to offer the WearWatcher and lift emergency calling, including installation.
"This model has proved its value, especially as support for lift builders and maintenance companies, which need additional resources for capacity reasons," emphasised Ralf Gebhardt, distribution director of Telegärtner Elektronik.
Cooperation with Fritz Kübler GmbH will concentrate on two areas. On the one hand, TG Services will in future be able expand what it has to offer with the installation of Kübler shaft copying systems in the lift shaft.
On the other, the international production and distribution network of the Kübler Group would open up new opportunities for supporting the international expansion of Telegärtner Elektronik, Telegärtner emphasised.
Although all three companies operate in the same market segment, they had different customer structures and distribution channels, according to the press release. By bundling these strengths, the partners intended to greatly expand their market presence nationally and internationally in the areas of lift emergency calling, shaft copying and condition monitoring.
