Subsidiary in Austria

Following the Dutch company Hundt Consult B.V. in 2020, the lift management company Hundt Consult is now opening its second international subsidiary, Hundt Consult Austria, with offices in Vienna and Innsbruck.

Alexander Rath and Dieter Friedl will take over the management of the new Hundt Consult subsidiary. They previously managed the Hundt Consult branch in the Austrian capital.

Demand has been growing in Austria for years

"The demand for manufacturer-independent solutions and services for elevator systems and escalators has also been growing in Austria for years," said Tim Gunold, managing partner of Hundt Consult GmbH. "With the new Hundt Consult subsidiary, we are responding to this positive development."

Hundt Consult is an engineering firm specializing in building services engineering with 150 employees that offers services related to the operation of elevators and escalators. The company has locations in Kiel, Hamburg, Hanover, Berlin, Leipzig, Cologne, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Munich, Nuremberg, Vienna, Innsbruck, and Gouda and, according to its own information, maintains around 65,000 systems.
