Schindler buys Dralle Aufzüge

Schindler Germany has taken over Dralle Aufzüge GmbH & Co. KG with its registered office in Bielefeld – subject to approval by the responsible anti-trust authorities.

Dralle Aufzüge is a family-owned SME that has been active on the German lift market for over 50 years.

Meaningful supplement of the portfolio

“In Schindler we have found a partner with whom our excellent customer relations can be continued in a tried-and-tested form and we will establish ourselves in the best way for digital technologies,” justified managing director Klaus Dralle the decision.

“The lift concepts developed by Dralle are a meaningful supplement of our portfolio,” said Dr Meinolf Pohle, CEO of Schindler Germany. In addition, customer proximity in the field of East Westphalia Lippe will be enhanced by this merger.
