At the beginning of November 2025, Philip Molineus celebrated a company anniversary: the business graduate has been managing partner of the Henning Group in Schwelm for 25 years.
Molineus completed an apprenticeship as a bank clerk at Deutsche Bank. He then set up a branch for the bank in the former GDR and continued to work for the company during his studies. After graduating, he worked for Deutsche Bank as a business consultant.
On 1 November 2000, he became managing partner of Henning, initially together with company founder Dirk Henning. After Dirk Henning’s departure in 2015, he formed a managing partner duo with Tim Ebeling.
During the last 25 years, the company has grown from having 15 to currently 80 employees in Germany. Henning established its first branch in Braunschweig in 2003, which is now the location of the research and development department. The first international subsidiary was opened in 2022 in Singapore. In the meantime, there is also a subsidiary in Prague, which operates as a competence centre for cloud development.
