The Austrian lift manufacturer Lehner Lifttechnik and Metaroom by Amrax, a platform for digital measurement and 3D planning, have announced their strategic cooperation.
The goal of the partnership is to simplify and accelerate the measurement and planning of stair lifts using innovative digital solutions.
As part of the cooperation, Metaroom has developed a stair scan app called StairScan Pro, tailored specifically to the requirements of Lehner Lifttechnik. "The solution will make recording stair dimensions faster, more accurate and safer in future," according to the joint company press release.
It is to be launched together with Lehner’s new single rail system called NEO in the first quarter of 2026. Specific product details are to be disclosed at a later time.
According to the two companies, their joint aim is to configure planning and assembly with the assistance of digital tools to be more efficient and future-proof.
