New modules for more efficient accounting

Together with the current update of the ESERP product line to version 3.1, es2000 Errichter Software GmbH is providing specialist lift building companies with two new modules related to accounting for the ERP system.

The new SmartFaktur module automates the creation of invoices for orders and at the same time aims to offer users complete flexibility: individually-configurable jobs make it possible to determine which orders are settled when and according to what mode. A new calculation folder is created during execution according to the defined job.

This makes it possible to determine – based on the invoice total – whether invoices are booked directly and sent or initially provided as precisely prepared calculation for manual checking. "This not only saves time and enhances efficiency but also ensures maximum control across all invoicing processes," declared es2000.

The "Fibuintegration Datev" module

The new Datev integration now provides ESERP users with the connection technically inspected and approved by Datev to its booking data service.

This means that the booking and master data together with the associated document images can be transferred directly from the ERP system via the Datev cloud to the Datev accounting programs. "The online exchange of booking data accelerates the workflows of both the customers as well as of the tax office - this lowers costs considerably," noted es2000.

Lift companies specialised in modernisation, service and maintenance should now benefit from automated processes, greater data security and direct connection to the Datev bookkeeping software and in this way have less expense, more transparency and complete control over all invoicing processes.
