Kevin Stevens (33) will in future reinforce the team at GSelectronic around the managing director Dennis Schönweitz. He is intended to supplement the previous sales team with a focus on work in the office.
“Kevin will contribute many years of experience as a customer advisor. In addition, he has already worked for a year directly with our customers in our own emergency call and service control room. This made it obvious, with these qualities and on top of this, as home-grown talent, that he would raise the level further,” explained team manager Raphael Gorski.
In addition – Gorski is convinced – you can already hear the enjoyment and motivation of the native Englishman when taking a call. Apart from customer care, Stevens is also to optimise the interplay between NSL and customer service.
