“Great interest in interlift 2025”

News

The number of registrations for interlift 2025 was already high at the end of 2023, reports organiser AFAG. It will take place from 14 to 17 October 2025 – for the first time at the new location in Nuremberg.

By mid-January, more than 150 exhibitors had already registered for interlift 2025. "This means we are much further along in our preparations than at previous events. We are very pleased about the great interest shown by the industry, which confirms the decision in favour of the new Nuremberg location," explains Project Manager Joachim Kalsdorf, who is responsible for interlift 2025 together with his future successor Michael Löffler.

The Nuremberg exhibition centre offers an "ideal infrastructure for exhibitors and visitors", emphasises AFAG. interlift 2025 is housed in Halls 1, 3, 3A, 3C, 4 and 4A and is connected to the two large entrance areas and congress centres NCC Ost and NCC Mitte.

With its numerous rooms and halls, the exhibition grounds offer a wide range of options for lectures, meetings and supporting events, according to the organiser, and can be reached in 25 minutes by underground from Nuremberg Airport and in eight minutes from the main railway station. "The wide range of hotels in the city of Nuremberg and the well-connected surrounding area ensures that sufficient hotel beds are also available during the trade fair," the AFAG press release continues.

Some exhibitors had already registered for the follow-up event in Nuremberg during the current interlift 2023, and others followed in the wake of the trade fair. These include companies such as Cobianchi, Fermator, Kollmorgen, Lift Equip, Meiller, MP Lift, New Lift, Orona, Prudhomme, Serapid, TÜV Süd and the Italian association Anica.

Collective stands from Italy, India and China are also said to have already given their commitment for 2025 and in some cases have announced an increase in floor space. According to AFAG, more than a third of the calculated space has already been rented. However, there is further potential for growth thanks to the opportunities offered by the Exhibition Centre Nuremberg.
