Farewell to Erika Kübler

Erika Kübler, the wife of the company founder Fritz Kübler, passed away on 4 September 2025 at the age 94, according to the Kübler Group.

Together with her husband, she played a decisive role in establishing and developing the Kübler Group. "For many years of the company’s development, she consistently contributed a high degree of humanity to the company’s affairs," according to the company obituary. "She was always ready to listen – also to personal matters."

Clear convictions and great humanity

Erika Kübler met her later husband in the early 1960s. The latter had started his own business and had begun to design and construct meters and short-time measuring equipment in his parent’s house. "Erika did everything to support her fiancé," according to Kübler. In 1968 and 1970 Erika gave birth to her two sons Gebhard and Lothar, the current managing directors of the Kübler Group.

She was involved in social and representative duties up to an advanced age, the obituary continued. "Erika Kübler was and is inseparable from the culture of Kübler. She was a woman of great creative energy, with clear convictions and great humanity. We take our farewell of a senior leader, whom we will lovingly remember for her humanity, closeness to the employees and energy."
