A new building block for product safety in the lift sector
Digital technologies have fundamentally changed the lift. However, this has also made them more vulnerable to cyber threats.

Detlef Schröder (55) has been providing customers with support on the spot as technical service employee since the beginning of the year.
“We have recreated this position to meet the growing need for training and technical support,” according to Arne Schönfeld, Sales Director Bosch Service Solutions Germany.
Schröder has already been working for Bosch Service Solutions for over 30 years and was most recently responsible there for the technology of lift emergency call systems. Launched in 1985 as the safety control centre with communication services, Bosch Service Solutions is today a leading international provider of business process outsourcing for complex business processes and services.
