Bernstein enters into partnership in Australia

Pacific Automation is to ensure that the safety technology and suspension systems of Bernstein AG are available throughout Australia.

Bernstein AG is cooperating with a partner in Australia. Pacific Automation will assume distribution for the market down under and provide technical support for customers of the German family-run company.

"We want to continue to grow and distribute our products across the globe," declared Nicole Bernstein, member of the Bernstein AG Management Board, in a press release. Bernstein was pleased to have found a partner in Pacific Automation that would be a source of trustworthy professional support for the provider of industrial safety and building technology in this project.

Bernstein is a provider of industrial safety and building technology. According to its CEO, Stephen Armstrong, Pacific Automation has been distributing Bernstein products since 2006. Consequently, the team of the Australian company was perfectly well acquainted with their quality. The intention was to ensure that customers enjoyed high quality customer service and technical support, of the kind they were accustomed to from an OEM.
