Aufzugshop Frano Witt is now launching its service directly on smartphones. Customers can request spare parts, view offers and make direct contact with the new app at any time and from any location.

Photos of the spare parts needed can be sent directly to the lift shop via the app with just a few clicks. This is intended to make identifying and ordering the matching components much simpler. "This is a real advantage for fitters and technicians at work," emphasised proprietor Maria-Luisa Frano-Witt.

In addition, the app provided a direct service button with which a call could be launched immediately and directly. Offers can be viewed at a glance and important products saved on a personal note.

Users receive immediate access to their customer account via the integrated customer login – including a direct price view. "We want to simplify everyday work for our customers with the app – available fast, directly and everywhere," explained Maria-Luisa Frano-Witt.

The app is available in the App Store and in Google Play.
